15 Bestary Games of the last decade

With regard to graphics technology, rendering and performance, these games have proven themselves throughout the decade. Previous Next Page 1 of 15 14 . Halo 4 (2012) By 2011, the Xbox 360 seemed to have arrived at the end of her life cycle - and its skills were effectively exhausted. So it was great to see the Halo 4-release and pack technology of 343 industries such as global lighting and image-based lighting with a resolution of 720p. The animation work was also incredible thanks to extensive motion detection, and although some of the character conversions were unconventional, Halo 4 was a milestone in the graphic at the beginning of a new console generation. 13 . DriveClub (2014) Do not make a mistake - DriveClub had a whole series of problems at the start (Evolution Studios would compensate for almost two years post-launch content). And sure, even in the graphics department, it ran with only 30 pictures per second. But the love of detail of the cars, each consisting of about...

The Witcher 3 has passed 100,000 simultaneous number of players at Steam

This whole Netflix thing is paying off. While CD project Red has always been a name that the PC circles knew, you can say that the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has helped to bring it to the next level. The game was very popular and brought consoles a much bigger eye on the company and the game series as before. And it also helped the IP overall because a new Netflix show based on the franchise is now running wildly what is reflected in the current trends of the game. It was reported at the end of last year der Hexer 3 had reached the highest player number of all times at Steam with 94,601 simultaneous players. At the beginning of the new year, however, this player number was broken again, with the number of players reached on January 1st amazing 101.930. Considering that this is only on Steam and the game is available on several other storefronts and all three main consoles, it is fair to say that the whole thing has worked well with Netflix for the franchise. The Witcher 3 Switch Developer Details Difficult Process of Porting on the System - Nintendos Hybrid - Video Peel Mailing, Instructions, Exemplary Procedures, Reviews and Cultu

They called it the switch er. Seriously. While one can simply love the switch, there is quite a performance gap between him and the other consoles on the market. It is not a controversial thing to say (or maybe it's about the audience, about which we talk, who knows the hell), but for Nintendos Hybrid a real wonder work was done _the Witcher 3: Wild Hunting to be one of the best examples. It was a game that demanded a lot of PS4 and Xbox One at startup. Although the Switch version is not the most beautiful, it is still a pretty incredible technical performance. And if you ask yourself how you did it, then it's your lucky day. Roman Lebedev by Saber Interactive kept a lecture on the Game The Impossible Port on the GTC 2020. In the video, he gives a detailed overview of how the company dealt with the porting of the celebrated role-playing game from CD project Red to a system that is far below its reach. It's pretty technical, but still worth the clock. Some fast highli...

SOAPBOX: Cyberpunk 2077 could be a victim of his own immense hype

Image
Cyberpunk 2077 is number one on the list when it comes to games where I can barely expect to get my sweaty hands. Regular readers will know how much I love the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt love - I would say that it is probably my favorite game - and that CD project red another ambitious role-playing title in the oven is more than enough to excited me to get. Why should not it be like that? I am confident that the Polish developer will deliver with cyberpunk 2077 based on what we have seen about the game and the conclusions we can draw from the great success of The Witcher 3. It's not about anything that has to do with the game itself - it's about the expectations that it currently surrounds, and about how you can influence the perception of people for the finished product. Writing via video games provides a unique insight into the up and down the hype cycles, which passes through any great publication. It is both fascinating as well as a bit worrying to track upcoming titles so car...
