SOAPBOX: Cyberpunk 2077 could be a victim of his own immense hype
Cyberpunk 2077 is number one on the list when it comes to games where I can barely expect to get my sweaty hands. Regular readers will know how much I love the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt love - I would say that it is probably my favorite game - and that CD project red another ambitious role-playing title in the oven is more than enough to excited me to get. Why should not it be like that? I am confident that the Polish developer will deliver with cyberpunk 2077 based on what we have seen about the game and the conclusions we can draw from the great success of The Witcher 3. It's not about anything that has to do with the game itself - it's about the expectations that it currently surrounds, and about how you can influence the perception of people for the finished product.
